What is MEISA?

The Music & Entertainment Industry Student Association club at the University of New Haven was started in the 1998-1999 school year to help create music events on campus. Since then we've been involved in numerous events such as Beanhouse, Rock & Roll Week, Battle of the Bands, Spring Concert, Haunted House, MS walk, and other various concerts and events.

In the past few years we've created three CD's under the creation of Wreckless Records. The first CD came out in 2003 as a compilations disc entitled No Hope.  Artists on it included Geometric, Critical Condition, and 3 Strike. The second CD came out in 2004 featuring the band Robbing Opie. The third CD came out in 2005 featuring the band Marx Revolution who won Battle of the Bands 2005.
